• Data Entries of bookkeeping in Accounting software (Quick book , Peach tree).
• Keeping up to date accounting record.
• Reconciliation Account Receivable and Account payable.
• Doing monthly and yearly tax declaration report to Tax debt including withholding tax, VAT, Income Tax, Payroll….etc.
• Monitoring and analyzing accounting data and producing financial reports and statements.
• Ensure all tax reports are declared within deadline.
• Advice the management regarding the tax impact of cooperate strategies.
• Fully in charge in Audit and Tax Compliance by maintaining adequate knowledge on tax regulations.
• Protect the company's value by keeping information confidential.
• Research the basis for tax positions to be taken.
• Other tasks assigned by management.

• Bachelor Degree in Accounting or other related fields.
• 3-4 years’ experience in tax and accounting field preferably with an Accounting firm and managerial position.
• Strongly understand about QuickBooks and Bookkeeping.
• Good initiative and responsible.
• Good command of English, written and spoken.
• Good personality and high interpersonal skills.
• Successful applicant for tax service agent examination conducted by General Department of Taxation will be considered preferentially.
